René Slouk - RS Service

RS Autoservis Slouk - railways and poor quality service. After my experience, I do not recommend RS Autoservis Slouk in Blansko. The car was put into service on 19.6.2020 to complete and service the air conditioning and to check the chassis if something needs to be repaired. I picked up the car with the finished air conditioning and with a recommendation to replace the side part of the exhaust and 2 silentblocks on the front axle. Service price 3,500 CZK. I immediately ordered the deadline on July 15, 2020. A weekend after the repair, I had a longer journey by car, I turn on the climate and it doesn't work. I'm calling for service - but it probably escaped somewhere and it will be repaired by 15.7. along with exhaust and silentblocks. 15.7. I put the car in service. The climate cracked my radiator, which they had not previously discovered / tried. So there was a repair of the climate cooler and a new addition, replacement of the exhaust and 2 pieces of silentblock for a total price of 13,000 CZK. The result - the exhaust was replaced, but the very next day I find out that it is probably not properly fastened and around 2000 revolutions the metal resonates. Silenblocks for the price of 2640 CZK / 2 pcs without work. Normally, the price of the original silenblok on the Internet for the end customer with VAT is between 500 - 900 CZK. At least the climate works. I'm calling for service. The price is normal and they will look at the exhaust again. In the next term, he will fix the exhaust, but unfortunately after a few days the same problem again. After all this martyrdom, I left around 16,500 CZK in service for poorly repaired exhaust, expensive silencers and air conditioning. Immediately after the last visit, the car started to get angry, the dashboard showed an error (engine mallfunction), the car switched to emergency mode and often failed to start. Which caused me a lot more trouble. I finally had to have the car repaired elsewhere.

Crack access to customers, quick repair, no 14 days without a car. This is what the part we changed looked like. For my part for one.

RS Service I visited twice. Always complete satisfaction. Communication and agreement with Mr. Slouk perfectly. Pleasant demeanor and proactive approach unlike Skoda engineers.
