Restaurant Zlatovláska is absolutely catastrophic. It is ordered inside, it is paid in advance and you get something on the table before you ordered .... They have 5 cash on the menu, so you would expect quick service. Then it is true. After 25 minutes of waiting there was no nothing on the table and they had to warn her to bring us something at all. The steak was brought immediately, but not the chicken on the ginger with the rice. Then the lady brought chicken for curry and potatoes .... But I ordered rice! The lady replied, you're dreaming, aren't you? Well, she ate, I was stupid .... Never again !!! Goldilocks would probably starve to death here ...

I believe that the owners did a lot of work when they created this beautiful guest house after the crumbling farm, but the services 🙈 the lady next to us not fried meatball, our chicken cuts just not to be salted..pan cooked, lady behind the bar but no one on the field, people went from the outside to order yourself inside, then the lady went out and started shouting "chicken cutlets", then forgot about the tartare .. if I want to do it as a family business then I have to give it a bit of the soul .. I'll go elsewhere..😟

Pension Zlatovláska, never again for me. I didn't want to be influenced by negative reviews from other guests, but their words came in all directions. We had paid half board, which, however, they probably imagine here by cooking five types of food on Monday and serving it until it is sold out. On the first day for dinner, we were left with only goulash soup. Breakfast both days exactly the same. Communication with the staff very difficult, we had to demand things agreed in advance (tickets for the castle, half board ..) Although the pension is run as a family business, it occurred to me that the right hand does not know what the left is doing. But in order not to criticize, I have to slip in front of a lot of work on the reconstruction of the building, which can be seen all around.
