We booked this cottage with friends and family for a week. The cottage is not called "U Floriana", but it is called "U Hasnedlů". The equipment was ordinary, but it didn't offend. Unfortunately, neither the sauna nor the hot tub were functional. Balls fell from the pool table. The door was difficult to close. Especially the lower rooms smelled damp. A few repairs would be needed. However, I give a low rating due to the inconveniences that have happened to us. The first - the first day our waste was damaged. Instead of the lady who takes care of the cottage, call a plumber, deal with him and not with us, who is to blame, etc. She buys waste cleaners, which still did not help, because the waste became clogged again after 2 days. It was obviously a long-term problem. When this thing is solved all week, it is not very pleasant. Second - The energy was quite expensive because we were more or less on days on trips. We made the mistake of not writing down the initial states of the electricity meters and not finding out the price in advance because it was not in the contract. Third - The worst, however, was that the lady charged air for children. At the same time, we then found out at the municipal office in Jindřichův Hradec that children by air do not pay. It wasn't much. But the point is, the lady wants to earn at all costs.

Dingy room, washed linen, duvets reminiscent of Bolshevik, stink of cowshed, dirty whirlpool. The worst accommodation I've ever been.

Rather than a guest house, I would call it a cottage for events, broken lights, broken doors and windows, non-retaining paneling, sauna cannot be properly heated due to a hole under the door, whirlpool can not be set everywhere present mice, which looked at a few of our things, but in our opinion would be more care and would be very nice, but this time disappointment

High humidity in the rooms. People complain about it even in the heat in the summer .. The owner of a gypsy who took the local money. Promised mountains mines .. His wife is a pig I do not recommend
