I was picking up a package from an e-shop. Very fast service despite a lot of people who were also waiting for packages.

DHL - Miss in the store very reluctant, it happened to us for the second time. She refused to give us a package a few minutes after 4 pm, the door was open, but she reportedly closed at 4 pm I understand the opening hours ... but I don't think a little willingness for a small child looking forward is such a victim.
