Čedok

Surprisingly, the staff at our branch in Písek is very nice compared to the staff at the headquarters and tries to accommodate the client. (Therefore one extra star - otherwise they would have one) but as for the headquarters, it is for blasting. This is probably true here when they catch a bird and sing it nicely. But once they have it, they play the dead beetle. No one solves complaints, or there is nowhere to call, the line just calls for a few days in a row, the delegates are just to show you the way from the airport to the hotel, but otherwise do not want anything from them, because you are obviously just bothering them in doing nothing. With Čedok for the first and last time on holiday, next time I prefer the competition again, here at least I don't have to worry that the delegate will tell me that the problem is solved after I get on the plane back to the Czech Republic. Good job! (In the photo, an hour queue for breakfast, lunch, dinner - a hotel with more than 300 rooms has only 4 people to serve - but according to Čedok, this is not a problem).
