We were on vacation and having a little trouble with our car. The employees of Fiat Center helped us quickly and friendly. Thank you very much!

Unfortunately, only problems with the used car. Broken powered contacts, electronics with outages, etc. - complete electrical problems. Lots of time and ten thousand more before the problem is solved. Of course, it doesn't make sense to deal with the seller, because the purchase contract basically disclaims liability. It's hard to say if the seller knew about the defect. However, I would not buy a used car like this.

Buying a new car and I have no complaint. Workers have an overview of what they are selling and have stock cars at pretty nice prices. According to the agreement, it is possible to drive through the selected car, where the setting and control of the car was explained and demonstrated. Because Fiat will not be a big hit in the Czech Republic, so is the peace in the store, where one can ask or see everything. The second chapter will be service .... but we will not overtake :)

I have to warn against these people. I bought a used car from them. I thought I'd be able to rely on propriety and solidity for branded service. Bug, I got burned. Three hidden glitches on the car, one more serious, one more dangerous. Two professionals have independently confirmed to me that it is virtually impossible for a car dealer to know about the faults. The seller said the car wasn't cut. But later I found out from the Fiat.cz database that I knew that there were several insured events (the car was resold after an interrupted lease). So it was cut and not once. Furthermore, they sold the car for a given price, with the Fiat's extended warranty valid for 2.5 years. However, while solving car problems, it turned out that the warranty had long expired due to a violation. After quite unpleasant negotiations, the defects were eventually removed, so-so. In fact, in the course of personal negotiations, they eventually acknowledged the mistakes, but they always tried to transfer responsibility to someone else, in particular pushing me to try to compensate for the alleged but invalid guarantee with the leasing company (that they had the errors). I have been confirmed by people in the industry that it is impossible for a car repair shop to be innocent, just a victim of fraud and mistakes by the financial house. Cars sold in this way go through very detailed verification and documentation; after all, the car service workers themselves assured me that I cannot make a mistake for this reason. I'm not going to judge them, I don't want to poison for months of my life. However, they behaved like some brazen car dealer behind the village.
