The worst approach I've ever experienced. Ordering through the e-shop was not possible and I was referred to the store in Písek. After payment for the goods (which were in stock) 10.2.2021 to date (17.2.) Have not been sent (week). To my question, where is it going? I did not receive a reply, only information about sending the order 16.2. So I called on the evening of 16.2. and the seller had no idea about the order, after finding out the status, I was informed of the urgency and dispatch 17.2. and, of course, to date, my order is in the state of invoice dated 11.2.2021.

When we bought the dishwasher, we found out at home that it was scratched. So we called the store and the salesman arrived in a neighboring town within an hour, where he picked up a new dishwasher in another Okay store and was still new at home that day. Super approach and I recommend !!

Unfortunately, due to government orders, they are only open as a place of delivery. But even so, the service staff is helpful and friendly 😊
