Product not arrived in two weeks after they sent the package with DPD. The DPD number is not valid, can't reach them in the contact number, not answering to mails nor to their inside complaint contact system. Pure scam! Don't buy from them.

Product arrived broken. Wrote mail to adress provided in the mail they ask for review of their services. Was bounced by the mail server. Next email, too. They were: [email protected] and [email protected]. Then called them on mobile number provided on their Hungarian webpage. No answer.

Not only did they not want to send 2 orders in 1 package (we ordered the goods on the same day) and we had to pay for 2 shipments. But then when we wanted to exchange one item, we were rejected due to a purchase at the ID number.

In the place of residence, parking without problems, fast negotiations
