Gorgeous big rural house with cute little roads and lots of nature and wildlife to be seen. Loved it!

Beautifully and tastefully built guest house with a sensitive setting in the countryside. From the front of the quiet end of the village, at the back open view of nature with a famed seating. Amazing and nice owners, unforgettable breakfast Mrs. home and "master of eggs" Mr. home. In the surroundings there is a half-forgotten region, which offers natural scenery full of historical touches not only Santini's buildings and sculptures located in the landscape. I warmly recommend. Come, you will not regret it!

Absolutely fantastic guesthouse, which I highly recommend, ideally for a few days stay, for which I was here ... Great owners, very nice rooms and all rooms of the guesthouse. Plus the place as such is really ideal for trips around the area - what may not be seen from the photos at first glance is that the guest house is really "at the end of the world" and adjacent to it a large meadow. Well, plus here is a nice outdoor seating (with grill and beep, which suited very much ...) Thanks! JR

Accommodation is ideal for a group, as the rooms have large facilities with a kitchenette. The property has a garden with a gazebo again with facilities. Everywhere clean, tidy and I can not forget absolutely great breakfast! This place is magical with its surroundings and beautiful Czech landscape ...

One of the best accommodations I've experienced and I travel a lot. Semtěš is a small village above Žlutice, which offers rustic accommodation in clean, nice rooms. Beams, brickwork, wood. The common airspace includes a kitchenette, dining room, bookshelf full of books, magazines, many tourist guides and maps, board games, toys for kids, so even if it is raining, you won't be bored. Beautiful garden with outdoor seating, sports equipment for outdoor fun, all available. A nature trail and talk about the nearby Vladar, around the beautiful nature, the sky full of stars. I recommend.
