Pegas is a place where the time stopped or more likely the prices never changed. The place itself looks still good, but feels kinda stuck in time - there's dance floor for DJ that comes late in night, there's no wi-fi, they are cash only... But I can't say it's not good spot to have coffee at with your friends during the day or get wasted with your gang during the night, because it's stupid cheap.
