I needed to make a medicine according to an individual recipe. It was quite a horror movie in Františkovy Lázně and Cheb. Either that is called Pharmacy was just a dispensary of factory-made medicines, or they didn't have the necessary substances / maybe it was an excuse / or they weren't willing to produce an ointment whose mixing does not last for half an hour. Finally in the pharmacy BENU Lékárna, tř.Svobody 502/3 in Cheb, willingly they made the ointment and didn't mind the second day was a holiday. This nice pharmacy does not produce medicines on an individual basis recipes. So it is rather a dispensary.

Very good staff. Can speak multiple languages. Communication is optimal.

The pharmacy originated in the premises of the former Unity. There is a helpful staff who advises and does not force you extra extras, as is the case today in other pharmacies.

On 25.08.2019 customer of this Lekarna. Great atmosphere, nice service, medicines all received. The 25.08. was a Sunday ....
