I want to thank you for a very helpful approach! I used the services of Autosajm for the first time, but I hope not for the last time. I urgently needed to fix the problem with the vehicle. A competing representative of the brand offered me to solve the defect by repairing the vehicle, but I would be without the vehicle for a day and a half. At Autosajm, they promised to repair the car in 3 hours, but they were ready in two hours. It was enough for a walk from them to Krakonoš Square and back ... 😉👍

Car show in Trutnov Poříčí I RECOMMEND! They are willing and helpful not only when you buy a car, but also when you return with a complaint. Which is not entirely common. It is a family business and the same is the approach to the customer. Informal and human approach and an effort to agree on mutual satisfaction. If you are choosing a new car, I appreciate the 7-year KIA warranty very positively. The warranty really works and after 4 years they replaced my headlights with LED daytime running lights for free. With a standard 2-year warranty, I would pay a lot of money from my own. Today a big plus in the prices of car parts. Great coffee as a bonus :)
