From my own, several years of personal experience, I can only recommend Jirka and his services. Until recently, I had Jirka regularly correct the effects of both my sedentary job and the overload of various parts of sports or work in the barracks. In addition, I completed exercises with Jirka using the SPS method. For those who have problems with the spine and back as such, I can highly recommend. My problems with the lumbar spine, the armor acting in the left thigh, I managed to completely remove under Jirka's guidance. I believe that Jirka will survive this crazy time and will take care of us again as before.
I don't go to Jirka for long. I've been there 3 times. But I can say that my stiff neck, shoulders and right arm relax perfectly. But there is one problem with that. One becomes addicted to those massages and would like it more and more often. Quarantine has hit a lot now. Just to get it all back on track.
I met Jirka quite recently, and I would like to commend him very much for his willingness and great experience with massage. The back pain I had before I started attending to him was huge! Now I can say that they have practically disappeared. Thank you Jirka
