Very nice pharmacist, fought with flu, she has immediately inquired in German about my health and asked if she can do me more good than I wanted. And on Sunday, Germany can still learn. Thank you very much

I wanted an aphtha ointment. I visited your store. The pharmacist did not even let me finish. She gave me the ointment, but she automatically charged another medicine I didn't ask for. When I told her I didn't want the product, she looked at me and started that I didn't have to buy the first medicine. I do not find a professional customer to impose products that they do not want. I'm not going to this pharmacy anymore for cough syrup. I am disappointed at the level of dealing with customers.

My experience is not positive. When picking up prescription drugs, Mrs Magistra did not warn me that she was actually giving me medications other than those on the prescription. I noticed that at home. I went back to medication and insisted on what was written on the recipe. They didn't have the drugs, so I asked for the recipe to be returned. The Master was very reluctant, not apologizing for the mistake, but behaved very arrogant. It's nothing against the pharmacy, it's about people, their attitude.
