Hello, I have such an amazing man by my side ❤️ who has already given me a lot of beautiful pieces from your company. The last one is really unique, it is a gold ring with tourmaline which has around 10 diamonds around. It is really a very magnificent and very beautiful piece of jewelry. I have to tell you something about this company. When I entered their website at night, Miss Katerina Ch. She helped me with everything I didn't understand and described in detail and explained what I wanted. In the end, we agreed to come to them with my family at the company where she took us within 3 minutes. I've never experienced the kind of attention they paid us, and I've had a little more of that. Really warm action. After selecting and assembling the piece of jewelry, we went to the cash register. Where another amazing lady took us and she talked to us very pleasantly and not only businessly, but also about ordinary life, which made us very nice. After saying goodbye, we left and our daughters turned on the earrings incorrectly, and this gentleman offered personal help. After leaving, the woman found out from the pages of this company that the Mr. was the founder. So you can see that the people in this company are really at the level. This company has a clean environment, very decent and pleasant behavior. Large parking lot just below the windows. Very good prices and by making jewelry on site, they have perhaps unlimited possibilities. I can only recommend this company. There are no negatives. We will be happy to return here. Here I ordered my partner a pendant made of white gold, a diamond and an engraved letter T, including a chain, as a gift for the birth of our son. I was a little hesitant to order, but after reading all the reviews here on Google and the lady's very nice approach to online chat on the website, I ordered and everything was done on time. Perfect communication, great willingness during the selection, all communication took place by email, yet everything always went quickly, communication did not stop, despite the fact that I picked a wedding ring for over two weeks. The lady was willing to send some rings on her hands for a better idea. In the end, I chose a custom ring. Graphic processing fast and perfect, the ring looks exactly as we agreed. I highly recommend, the jewelry is high quality and communication with the customer is perfect!
