If you want revenge on the competition, recommend this service. Otherwise, don't even go there. Personally, after several bad experiences, I will not have a pen repaired. I haven't heard so many excuses during the warranty repair of a 2-month-old machine. I've been waiting for a repair for more than a month. That was the last straw and the cup overflowed. I will equip the company in another store. The one star is there because it didn't want to let me publish it, otherwise I wouldn't give anything :(
