Small, far from Prague, but with good willing owners, ready to help & negotiate with foreigners

Jj. We have similar experiences. My wife bought Dacia Lodgy there. I'd rather not even publish the price. At first, of course, everything seemed fine .... And now I'm going to list the things we had to put into it right after a few weeks and months: Wiring and water pump, wedge, arm, pins, spark plugs, oil and all filter change, egr, fuel pump, batteries and now we still have a clutch with a flywheel. They will never see me there again ..... If the car, then second-hand - definitely not from the bazaar .....

Dear buyer. I bought in this bazaar 20.8. 2020 Multivan 132 kW 4x4 which was to have a new engine with a warranty and was to have driven only 20,000 km from the replacement. A total of 152,000 km after replacement. I thought, it could be a good buy, not a cheap one. The willingness of the performer was really good, but unfortunately not true in everything. The employee who sells there willingly drafted a purchase contract in his name, which was strange when the vehicle is written on the car dealership Tozda sro So I paid for the vehicle and drove home, after about twenty km, my son calls me who followed me, that strangely smokes from the exhaust when shifting gears, that's weird. He immediately called the seller if he didn't know what it was, he claims that a PDF filter was burning, unfortunately it smoked another 100 km. The son is a car mechanic so he checked the oil at home where there was 1.5 extra oils above the max, I called the dealer and he claimed that he did nothing with the car and in 8 months he allegedly drove only 3000 km, which was already suspicious why he was probably selling it. Four days after the purchase, I went to the registration check and before the roundabout I had to brake a few times and suddenly the vehicle stopped braking and I would almost crash without the handbrakes. I immediately called the owner and told him that the vehicle did not brake when the pedal was depressed a few times, which was not detectable when driving from Jablonec where one does not use the brake so much. I have agreed with the seller that I will not rewrite the vehicle until we have resolved these defects and I will order the vehicle to the authorized Olfin.car Trutnov service center to check the defects with which he agreed. He quickly canceled the insurance that day without notifying me. I ordered the vehicle and waited for me to take me for a tour. After four days, I drove for the vehicle, and I was told that it does not look like a new engine but only some replaced parts worth 140000 CZK where I received an invoice from the seller and the new engine costs around 250,000 CZK. The repair would be about 40 to 50,000 CZK. Defects were insured: bad vacuum pump, possible injection, DSG cabinet soaking oil, faulty opening of the electronic side doors which work only when it is not wet, which was nice weather when buying, car batteries after death, so they had to start the vehicle via cable to at least get home . I paid the protocol CZK 2,500 for the detected defects. While driving home, the lubrication on my dashboard came on so I could immediately turn off the engine and take the manual. I told the salesman all this and told him how to arrange a repair, he told me that he was sure how much the pump would cost and he would call that it would all be just that. After a week, I called him when I didn't hear from him. He said some price for the pump and thought it was over, I told him that I no longer had time to negotiate half an hour of talk about this and would pass it on to a lawyer in this matter. 3 letters were sent to the seller from a lawyer and none of them were collected, this takes 5 months and the vehicle for CZK 589,000 is in a state of disrepair. In addition, it was not insured for 3 months, which is another problem. When I called Mr. B ..... why he didn't warn me that he checked out the vehicle 4 days after the purchase he told me why I couldn't and that he would only talk through his lawyer, that his lawyer would at least contact me lawyer if he already has such access. The only thing Mr. B ...... admitted is that he had a pull-out drink holder secured by a wire that jumped on me on the way home, unfortunately its price is not small either because it has to be replaced because the electronics have a lighter. This is my experience with this bazaar, but I rather blame the seller who works there and sells his cars.

Dad bought a car here last year. He was reassured that, except for a few details, the car was fine. What a surprise when we found out in three independent workshops that the car was a wreck. I was not at my father's dealings with the owner of the used car shop, so I cannot judge the behavior, form of sale, etc. Unfortunately, Dad is old enough, trusting and naive. He defends the bazaar with the words that they may have forgotten to tell him, but he is disgruntled.
