Have a nice day everyone. As a client of this bank since 2013, I have to give a very bad review. In times of crisis, people and societies are recognizable. The approach compared to the German branch is very bad. Willingness to help very bad. The bank does not have the European currency, although it is not a Czech bank. My example was that I needed to withdraw money from a bank account of the same name. It was only possible to choose CZK, which is not such a problem, but the exchange rate is 24.3, when to date the exchange rate is 27.6 CZK, so only the exchange of euros cost me 43 euros and I don't count the fee yet! This is my bad and last experience with this bank.
