Maybe it is common in CZ but there was one super unfriendly guy on the desk here. If he is the customer facing person, they need to improve. Also, the informal quote I received for accident repairs was complete bull.

Bought a used, but nearly new car from them for 519,000 CZK. Delivered with a serious fault. They refuse to repair it.

The photos on the website do not correspond to reality - in reality about 10 cm scratches up to the metal on the fifth door, corrosion on the rear fender, foggy taillights, which obviously flows into See, the photos are either digitally edited or do not reflect reality. As soon as I started negotiating the price due to these defects, the seller put a serious ton and "politely" asked me to leave, when asked if they could put the car on the jack and diagnose, I got the answer that if I order them for service then Yeah. The meeting didn't seem professional to me at all, we're still talking about a used car in the order of hundreds of thousands of crowns, and the seller is surprised that I'm asking for a car diagnostics, moreover with the words "

I was quickly looking for a car instead of my victim, according to the internet it occurred to me that the bazaar offers exactly what I am looking for in a very decent condition. I arrived in Olmik without notice, I tested the car and I was quite carried away by its condition and I know it quite well in cars ... the condition corresponded to 160 thousand with documented km from the German Dekra. In other words, the driving condition and visual condition of the almost new car. When I left, I just found out that the rear wiper was not working. The deal was to find out what it was and get in touch. The defective motorcycle was paid for me on the basis of the invoice in full, I take it as a fair deal. After a month, I haven't found another mistake yet ... I recommend it for me. I have already chosen dozens of cars for myself and acquaintances, but this looks like the best buy so far.
