We were absolutely captivated by the helpfulness and willingness to help. Very friendly and professional dealings, lightning when it comes to the transfer and preparation of the car. Compared to the usual approach of other manufacturers (Škoda, VW, etc.), this is a complete outburst in a positive sense :)

Disappointment in the service. 1. A service inspection of the Toyota Auris TS has taken place. I brought the white car quite dirty and it was returned to me just as dirty. He has not yet encountered this after experience with other brands and in other services. So in the end I had to find time and go to the dishwasher in the evening, because it was a sad sight. They probably don't run a personal ride, because when asked how to get to the center when I see the tram locks, I was told that I had to deal with something. However, I do not deal with it that way, I may have pampered myself in the past at some Hyundai services. Negotiations otherwise friendly, price for the first inspection 3680, -, battery check, but I have to recharge it if I have a charger .... Business negotiations 2019 very helpful in the sale, Mr. Kozák is certainly a quality representative, forming a good name of this branch of the company Autobond, but not service.
