This winter, my wife and I made us decide to buy a 4x4 SUV. Today's offer of these vehicles is great, but our experience with the Mitsubishi brand has brought us to Kodecar. Thanks to the current pandemic, it all started with a telephone contact, where there were several really pleasant telephone conversations with Kodecar representatives. Especially Mr. Landiga Pavel was professionally prepared to provide us with a rich offer of the company and advise us which car would be suitable for us. Even though the salon was closed, it allowed us a test drive and it was decided. The garage was filled by a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. In addition to Mr. Landiga, Mrs. Bartoníčková Eva was also responsible for our overall satisfaction with the purchase. The approach of these employees to us retirees was very human and at the same time highly professional. We were very satisfied with the Kodecar Ostrava-Poruba salon and we will definitely recommend Kodecar !!! Vidlička Jiří

If you have an accident and you do not know what your insurance company has contractual services, avoid this by arc. The billing of the parking fee in case of total damage can still be understood, the billing of the second inspection to the customer, which according to the service technician was requested by the insurance company, is a bit out of place. When I asked the service technician if the insurance company would pay for it, he said definitely. The insurance company rejected it because already during the first inspection the liquidator stated it as a total damage and a second inspection was carried out at the request of the service. Leaving aside the fact that it is a "few hundred", it is more a matter of principle and conduct of service. After contacting my insurance company and a neighbor who has been working in an authorized Škoda service center for 20 years, I was unanimously informed that they had not yet encountered such a procedure and action.

Professional and pleasant negotiations. Although I only needed to repair / replace one disc + tire, they cleaned and washed the whole car. Such services could be standard everywhere, and unfortunately they are not. After more than a year, my extremely positive experience was confirmed. I needed to solve the car repair after the accident and again everything was solved to my complete satisfaction.
