after 1 warranty the oil in the engine is black and smelly, apparently it was not changed at all, I now have another car after 1 warranty. and the oil is beautifully honey to translucent, watch out for them!

Crashed on 12/19/2019 vehicle and handed over to the Citroën ADO Ostrava service station. During the repair, other information about what will happen and by car was communicated several times. First that it will be repaired, then that parts are missing. Postponed repair dates. At the beginning of February 2020, it was announced that there would be total damage. On the day the wreck was to be sold, some parts from the vehicle were missing. Reportedly taken away on the day of sale by mistake ..... No compensation from the service even if the vehicle was not complete. After this experience, never again ..... Edit .. In the answer you write that the price was reduced in agreement with the owner. That's true, the difference was CZK 7,000, but the owner lost this amount even though the parts were lost at your service (the difference between the photos taken by the liquidator and the actual condition of the wreck on the day of sale) and we did not receive any compensation from you. They were just excuses ....
