Svatopluk Kučera - Autobazar Styl

My wife and I had been looking for a BMW X5 with M-Paket. When we came across an ad for a 2008 BMW X5 we reached out to Auto Bazar Styl. Mr. Kucera answered the phone and was very helpul answering a varity of questions about the used BMW. The BMW was owned by the 1st owner and had a complete service book so we decided to take the train from Prague to Ostrova for a visual inspection and test drive. Upon arrival Mr. Kucera greeted us. He started the car from cold and it sounded great. As the car idled we walked around the exterior checking out the paint and body. Opened the hood to check the engine. Then we moved to the interior checking all the functions and everything was working properly. We took the car out for a test drive and it rode great. When we arrived back at the Bazar we looked the car over again and realized the color was not the black we had been looking for but black sapphire metallic. We were not sure if we liked the color. We thanked Mr. Kucera for his time and told him we would need to think about it overnight and get back to him. He then offered us a ride to our Airbnb. We accepted and back into the BMW we went. This was a very nice gesture. The next morning we reached out to Mr. Kucera and worked out a plan for us to purchase the BMW. We had to go back to Prague that morning. Mr. Kucera worked with us throughout the following week to close the sale. We came back out on the train signed the paperwork and paid. Before we left on our journey back to Prague Mr. Kuceras son helped us with insurance. Overall this was a great experience. Since buying the BMW we have driven from Ostrova to Prague, taken a trip to Bohemian Switzerland and many other short distance trips. I took the BMW for an inspection at Invelt BMW, Prague and it came back with a clean bill of health. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our purchase and the Kucera father son team did a great job making us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in a car on their sales lot.
