Hello I want to share with you a very bad experience and at the same time warn you all about this company. We have claimed baby shoes - slippers for kindergarten for 590 CZK. Therefore, we went to claim shoes, even after 30 days, no one let us know how the claim fell and whether it is settled. Even if the seller is legally obliged to inform you of this experience. That is why we called the shop, the saleswoman referred me to the manager Mrs. Gajda Teresa, after the first tons of the phone call, the lady was very arrogant, and she told me that after seeing the shoe she rejected the claim without sending it to me. a forensic expert through the shoemaking was told that she didn't need anything like that, she rejected the claim. I do not understand how such a person can decide on complaints when they do not understand it at all !!! After notifying me that I received no communication on the settlement of the complaint, she replied that she is not obliged to send anything even if the law instructs her !! Nothing less conversation continued in the style of superiority over the customer. After my warning that I will complain about her behavior and I will contact the CTI to keep talking with me !! In an hour after the call, I got a sms that the complaint was settled ONLY !!!! AND THAT WAS 2 DAYS AFTER 30 DAYS. Interesting that? Judge your shoes by yourself, whether it feels normal and I also attach a complaint protocol, which, among other things, lacks Section 14 of the Civil Code. That is why I turned to the Czech Trade Inspection, with which we will continue to deal with the issue. Therefore, people are not afraid of this, as we have our rights as a consumer. I do not recommend this shop !!! On 29.3 I received the following answer.
