The lady in the saddle optics is very nice to us, she advised with the selection. The son is SATISFIED with his glasses and that is important. As for the nurse and the doctor, everything was OK too. We did spend 2 hours there, but it was possible to survive. WE RECOMMEND

9/10/2018 Preventive examination at the Ustí nad Orlicí branch. I was booked at 12.40. After arriving at the waiting room, I stopped and found out that clients were waiting there until 3.00 am. At the same time, the vision measurement lasts about 10 minutes, then another wait of about half an hour for the doctor to examine for about 15 minutes. Then dripping eyes in the waiting room for about 30 minutes. further examination of the ocular background about 15 min. So I arrived at 12.40 and I left at 15.40. Incredibly. At the same time, during my last visit to Oftex in Ústí nad Orlicí in about 2014, I was checked in and measured by an optician within an hour. Otherwise, the doctor's examination is very good.

I do not recommend! The staff is reluctant and arrogant. I have been buying glasses for many years in a proven online store because I refuse to pay for overpriced pieces of plastic in the stone ones. But to do this I need to have my eyesight accurately measured (this is the PD value, which expresses the distance of the eyes from each other). Although I have repeatedly asked to measure this value in a recipe for glasses, I was rejected. My original doctor has never had a problem filling this value.
