I ordered goods that were written in stock. I received confirmation that the order will be processed. After 2 days without any information, I call the company phone several times during the day. Unfortunately, no one answered. I call again on the third day after ordering and the phone tells me that the goods are on order and that I will have to wait about 1.5 weeks. Insolvent negotiations, no communication and I really can't imagine ordering something more expensive that I really need, such as tools for work and waiting 1.5 weeks.

I can only recommend the shop (e-shop). Based on my phone call, the merchant not only checked my availability, but also checked the contents of the package. Whether the lamps have scratches (as was the case with another e-shop after receiving the goods) because it was a gift. The very next day after ordering, I received the goods perfectly packed.

I ordered drawers for the apartment through the e-shop. I needed advice with something, the e-shop employee called me the very next day and advised me what to order so that it would suit me. I can only recommend this store, because the customer service was first.
