Unfortunately, I have to share a negative experience. When dealing with the dishwasher's complaint after a year when I was in law, I was referred to the impossibility of a complaint and meaningless steps. After the urgency, it was settled, but another problem occurred with the payment of the credit note, when I do not have the funds even after the due date of 14 days on account. The purchase of goods a year ago through intershop24 was not a problem, but the subsequent now at itex24 service disaster.
