Daniel Vídenský from MM is really a material to look at. If you're unlucky enough to represent someone whose property you really want, then 1) Find out the information yourself (he told us the delusions about water and electricity brought to the land, that he said he had no way to find out; the neighbor calmly sold the land, part of which (about a fifth) is fenced in the company premises and therefore unusable); but he always has a supply of irrelevant speeches and promises. Go to the authorities yourself and get everything you need (for example, consent to the division of land, if it is to happen) and ask about the property. 2) Contact a reliable lawyer (if you want to add something to the purchase contract, it is a long elbow with Mr. Vienna, he does not understand it according to his words). You have to understand, after all, it's your money. We commented on and supplemented the purchase contract, but to everyone's surprise, we met to sign the original version of the contract. He just forgot. He submitted a proposal to the cadastre (which he himself is unable to create) without the necessary consent to the division of the land, even though he had it from us. Such harmlessness is that he has the proposal for cadastre signed and verified. But that is not necessary. He says he does it for sure (= out of ignorance). Catastrophe.

They do not abide by unwritten agreements. It's just a matter of selling at all costs. They provide false information in the advertisement of the property about the relevance of other oral information, not to mention. Mr. Karsky's main motto is "You will not grieve with a promise". If you really want to buy from them, beware of real estate tricks about the queue of buyers and dozens of tours, do not be forced to hurry to sign a reservation ... check everything in advance and examine ... I would not even think about selling through this office by mistake.
