I wanted to buy a calendar, but the store closed
11 days ago, I ordered books, including immediate online payment. I received an e-mail saying that I was already working on the settlement. Unfortunately, nothing has happened for 11 days, money nowhere, books nowhere, no excuse. I will never order anything again and I will definitely not recommend it to anyone. This has never happened to me in competition, so I will return to it again. No one is able to communicate adequately with me, tell me where the problem is or return the money. 11 days is really strong. Plus with prepayment. NEVER MORE!!!!
Own bookstore perfect, helpful saleswomen, large selection. Unfortunately, I have problems with the Book Club. There is zero effort to meet the needs of long-term members.
