The husband ordered the clinic to scan the marks all over his body. When ordering, he mentioned to the nurse that our one-year-old son had one large birthmark on his leg. The nurse offered to take him with her, that the doctor would look at his leg as part of his examination and we would not pay anything for his son. There is already a scan of marks at the clinic by 500, - more than at other workplaces (a total of 2000, -). The nurse and the young lady at the reception were very nice and helpful. Then an unpleasant lady arrived, who acted arrogantly and almost did not respond to the greeting. She examined her husband, and then his son came. In total, the examination of his one sign took about 10 seconds. Then we waited for the final report to be written. The husband paid a fee and to his unpleasant discovery, the doctor had, in addition to his 2000, - pay another 1000, - for her son. When the husband objected that nothing was to be paid for his son, the cashier was to arrange with the doctor. She said that the price of 1000 was okay. That strikes me as serious. Want 1000, - for examination 1 mark for a one-year-old child, when for examination of the whole body for an adult you pay 2000, -. Maybe if the doctor was at least nicer, but like that? Well, a good lesson for us and no one will see us at the clinic again.

Very nice and kind lady and nurse. Both very willing to help me. Treatment successful. Thank you. :) On the other hand, an irritated receptionist, whom I would call arrogant.

Their access is extremely unprofessional. The lady did not even know why I was actually ordered (I had been there twice before, once in the blood, the second time at the consultation), asking me freely what I wanted and did not explain anything about the treatment when I asked if is the long-term effect, the answer was "as I do not know, nothing is long-lasting, so it depends only on you" (??) so I just have to come and pay and it can be done ... I do not understand anything in this clinic
