Completely unfriendly approach of the service when solving the warranty repair. I complained about the Smart Folio keyboard, which stopped working during the warranty period. Although you can find hundreds of descriptions of this defect on the Internet, which is obviously common and is solved everywhere in exchange for a new piece, experts in the Pardubice store refused me and offered to buy a new piece with a 5% discount with the argument that replacement cannot be done because the packaging is worn out. So I took the claimed product back and complained about it in one of the Prague branches of iWant, where I received a new piece on the third day after the complaint without any reservations. I do not recommend the Pardubice iWant service, a completely non-client and disrespectful approach, their goal is not client care, but only and exclusively sales.

Recently, I had two good experiences with this Appple service center. For the first time, I complained about an inflated battery in MBPro15 from 2017. The battery in about 2 and 1/2 years of used ntb was replaced (along with the keyboard and the upper part of ntb) without any problems under warranty. Including sending the defective part to Apple, then getting a new part and replacing it took about 4 days (handed over on Saturday, picked up on Tuesday). It's such a speed for such a complex exchange process. The second time I was dealing with a new aWatch, which was needed to downgrade to watchOS 5 due to the connection to an older iP. This can only be done by apple, so iWant was just an intermediary. In any case, it went quite quickly (about 10 days) and without problems.

I visited the store and in about 5 minutes I was done. As a salesperson, I am always curious how they will take care of me. From Mr. V.B. I got exactly what I wanted. Friendly approach. He thought with me about what would suit me best and I am satisfied. No nervousness and no hint of bad mood at Christmas and Covid when everyone is on thorns. Thumbs up. This is the way

They advertise on the Internet that they will buy older equipment for new ones. I brought a phone to the store in Pardubice (still under warranty) for which, according to the parameters listed on the website (14 parameters), I should receive CZK 10,000. The device shows normal use (several capillary scratches). At the store, the guy tells me that the phone really looks very nice, but they are very strict, so he can offer me 2500 CZK! That it will be better if I sell it somewhere on the Internet. So make a picture of the company yourself.
