The worst experience of all the shops at AFI Palace Pardubice in a lifetime. At the time of sale, the operator's approach was still decent as far as possible, we asked each other if it was possible to exchange the goods for another, if they did not like it, we were told that without everything, but then it happened .... The bracelet did not fit the recipient, so I called shortly after the purchase that we would need to exchange / return the money and at that moment it started. The lady was uncomfortable on the phone, she first sent me to another branch and during a personal visit, when we had no problem not refunding us, but they give us a voucher of the same value, the lady was rude, unprofessional, reluctant. That's exactly what the scales shouldn't look like. If this store is to work, I recommend replacing the service as soon as possible before all customers leave. I am not an offended buyer, on the contrary, but I have never experienced such a bad and unpleasant experience with the service. The whole situation took place between 23.-24.05. 2020, so if someone from the management is reading this review, I recommend stepping in. Such behavior tarnishes the name of the entire company.

Purchase of a gold ring worth 3800kc ... po a week ago I wore a stone, I went to complain and demand a refund or choose another ring .. Very unpleasant saleswoman willingly returned the ring to me with the fact that I am unlucky and that I do not buy a ring of this format, the repair will cost 600 + postage and packing, really serious business dealings with such a name. Ring to no avail, money off. Thank you for your purchase

Satisfaction for me. I have more bracelets, chains, rings and watches and I can recommend. The complaint also took place and there was no problem. Saleswomen nice and helpful. I like to go there and I will definitely continue to be.
