I had the broken silver chain repaired and replaced with an ordinary one. In the complaint it was said that when the chain breaks, I believe it. But mine stretched about 15cm. And the chain structure has also changed. If I had read the reviews before the repair, I would have chosen a different workshop for this. Even the willingness of the staff will not compensate for the material exchange.

I bought a ring here. Unfortunately, I bought a bigger one and so I agreed to exchange for a smaller one. A delivery time of nearly three weeks is unacceptable today.

Very helpful and nice saleswoman, we finally ordered the watch. We've been waiting for goods for a much shorter time than we said. Engraving is in case of interest in purchased goods free of charge and within two years will replace the battery for free. We got a 10 percent discount .....
