Unfortunately, I don't like it, but thanks to today's visit to the service, due to the change of tires, I have to write this review. The technician told me that it would take an hour and a half to change the tires (remove the tires from the wheels, put the winter tires on the wheels, balance and inflate). Okay, what can be done. In the spring it was 45 minutes with a finger in the nose, in the autumn we are about to go to hibernation. It is understandable that you cannot wait inside the service during this viral time. Unfortunately not ready, I waited outside in the cold. After an hour and a half, I asked the technicians what was wrong with my car - the answer - "you know, it takes ...", to which I responded with all decency and considering that perhaps only one person works in the hall due to today's frequent circumstances. Unfortunately, I must add that during the last service, the mechanics poured me half a liter of oil into the engine, so I told the technician. After another 15 minutes or so, I was asked about my car again and was told that the mechanic would only release half a liter of oil and bring the car to me. When asked why it takes so long, I was told - "I don't know at all, I'm sorry". There was also a question in the conversation with the technician - "and you didn't finish it yourself?" :-). After another twenty minutes, my car was finally delivered! And lo and behold ... my ideas about a professional approach and at the time of the covid also about hygienic measures (sometimes also a common routine) faded. The mechanic only had plastic on my seat, but there was nothing on the steering wheel or lever. All that was left was to believe that the master had washed and disinfected his hands :-(. To make matters worse, I have all the electrons scratched from the balancing weights. Thank you.
