After trying a few unhelpful garages, we spoke to this Skoda dealer who were more than happy to help us with a wounded Octavia. They did an amazing job getting a major repair done to the car in a few days and having it ready for us to make our return journey on time. A special mention to Joseph Leopold and the service team for making a molehill out of a mountain and being a friendly helpful team. If we ever have a problem here again we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Highly recommended, and thank you.

Great approach. They showed everything, they explained. I was very satisfied.

There is something wrong every time I go to this service with my car. One time it is a different size of tire, the second time the fog lamp is not repaired, the third time a strip is glued which detaches after a week. And I could go on. Total dissatisfaction for me !!!
