Low-quality goods overpriced by 500%, the same goods can be bought on Wenceslas Square in the Janis store for a much better price. You can buy the same goods at the Vietnamese market in Sapa. Look for the end of Italmoda. The owner of Trucina does not respond to complaints. Contact the CTIA directly.

Unfortunately, I noticed the defects in the goods at home. In a personal solution (up to 24 hours) I was told that the exchange of goods is not possible because the goods are damaged. The complaint is also not possible because I am obliged to check the goods before buying. Supported by store manager. Buyer, but no such duty! It's just a decent way to send a customer with faulty sold goods. For the price category of trade, I rate the situation as far as possible.

Ladies and gentlemen, you sell here. Please refer to the Consumer Protection Act and the Complaints Procedure! If a customer complains about goods purchased from you within six months of purchase, a special regime applies. The defect is automatically considered to be a defect already existing at the time of purchase and the customer has the right to exchange the goods as perfect. You broke this law today by refusing to pay my sister back. I hope it was the last time and it will not happen again. Have a nice day.
