Very unreliable, we agreed several times, did not arrive or apologize. Subsequently, he didn't even pick up the phone when I wanted to find out what was going on and whether I should wait any longer. I do not recommend, very unprofessional.

Unfortunately, I do not have a very good experience with an employee whom Mr. Novák sent me home. My home was sparkling with the socket connected to the washing machine, no "electrician" found any fault, tightened the screws and I paid 500, - in the evening I turned on the washing machine and the socket continued to spark. The next day I called again to Mr. Novák, who assured me that he would send me another electrician tomorrow at the latest, but he has not answered yet. The drawer has already been repaired, but not from Mr. Novák, who I paid unnecessarily. Not recommended
