Hello, I'm Lily Pham and my mother was wrongfully charged with theft today. We are of Vietnamese origin. She only had an open bag, and when she realized it, she closed it when one of those people saw it. We've been a customer there for several years, and that was the first time this happened to us. We are very disappointed that this worker thought very bad things about us. My parents have been living in the Czech Republic for over 15 years. Today it was the last day we visited this store.

Just like Globus is among the hypermarkets, Bill is a luxury amongst hypermarkets. And I don't think it is as expensive as everyone around me keeps saying, because the goods are as good as possible and there are still some discount deals. In Ústí nad Labem, this Billa (Bill of all local) is the largest in terms of space and the staff is always friendly to me.

I don't like the layout of the store. If you forget something, you have to go through the whole shop, there is no shortcut.
