04.11.2020. Extremely low level of attitude to the client. Falsification of the availability of goods. The mattress for children with guaranteed delivery in 1-2 weeks could not be delivered within 5 weeks. Never buy anything there. Unfortunate, I payed for it 5 weeks ago and now I'm worried about my money!

DŮRAZNĚ VARUJI PŘED NÁKUPEM V TOMTO E-SHOPU!!!! Dětská postel dodána bez návodu, spojovacího materiálu a k tomu poškozená (obal sice nepoškozen, ale výrobce evidentně balil poškozené díly a bylo mu to jedno). Když už se povede do firmy dovolat, reklamaci nevyřídíte, paní vás milou formou pošle do pr... s tím, že ona nic řešit nemůže a pokud požádáte o kontakt na reklamační oddělení, tak tvrdí, že tam nemají telefon a je to nařízení od vedení, že lze komunikovat pouze e-mailem, z něj dostanete odpověď, že se vám do 48h někdo možná uráčí ozvat. Když jsem chtěl kontakt na někoho z vedení, tak jsem samozřejmě také neuspěl. Požádal jsem alespoň o zaslání návodu, abych si mohl koupit spojovací materiál sám, ten sice poslali, ale úplně k jiné posteli, bohužel jsem vzal jen soupis a pak zjistil, že jsem koupil materiál zbytečně, protože šrouby v něm uvedené jsou krátké. Nejradši bych postel okamžitě vrátil, ale nemám vůbec důvěru v to, že dostanu své peníze zpět. Bezpochyby se jedná o mou nejhorší osobní zkušenost. To this day, we do not have a bed and it has been three months since the order. During the whole 3 months we received one e-mail and after a month of waiting with the wording ... we are still working on the order ... and then another two months of silence on the footpath..we called several times and we were told one would still understand, but when we told them that we did not like communication and at least by e-mail they could let them know that they were waiting for the material, so we were told that it is not in their human power to write to everyone with an e-mail waiting for goods . As far as I know, the company has the opportunity to arrange automatically generated emails ..... so communication at the freezing point, reluctance, excuses. We canceled the order today, so I'm curious if there will be a problem with returning the deposit, because it wouldn't surprise me.
I was attracted by the favorable price for the goods. In addition, I heard about the store from an acquaintance who praised the e-shop. More or less I have nothing to complain about, I can only praise. The Miss on the infoline, who helped me with the final selection, definitely deserves extra points. If he has to answer such questions for all customers, then he has to have nerves literally made of iron. The instructions were not completely clear to me, but they are nothing that one would not come up with on my own. It definitely didn't take more than two hours to fold - the MK bed. Ecological colorless varnish cannot be smelled at all and is applied honestly over the entire surface. They guarantee a long service life, so hopefully the bed will be good in a few years. Despite the longer delivery time caused by the courier (4 days), I rate 5 *****.
