In a nutshell: The goods arrived 5 times later than stated on the website. They didn't bother to reply to the emails until I became annoying. The goods arrived differently than I ordered, so I returned them. Again, no business communication. They returned the money for another three weeks. I chose them because they are Czech trade, but I will not repeat with such an approach.

Very fast delivery of the battery, which is not usual in the Czech Republic.

A slightly longer delivery time, but this has to be taken into account by these traders. They do not affect the quality in any way, as they merely sell goods. No problem until I claim a charger that does not fit the connector. No one in the store is bothered to respond. The way I see it is that they got their money and no longer interested. So I keep this for experiments and I prefer to pay a few crowns for the original.

Never buy again from fraudsters who offer batteries from a certain manufacturer (Germany) but supply Asia. Neither the operator, nor the owner wanted to hear anything about the delivery of ordered pieces. Apparently, if you don't like it, return it.
