Ordered goods at 21:00. On the same day at 23:00, an e-mail arrived about packaging and subsequent shipping. (I ordered goods from Cheb to Prague). The next day, around 12 o'clock, Česká pošta delivered the package. Unfortunately, I ordered a mirror - left and sent the right (it happens). I therefore contacted them by phone - on the phone number listed here on google, it is also listed on the package that came (775 687 190), but for 3 days without a connection. So I tried to establish a connection via e-mail, where they answered me after only 2 minutes! They asked where the mistake was and what was wrong, I replied and their 2nd reply via e-mail was that they had sent the right piece of goods and had the wrong piece taken away. The next day the right piece came and I immediately handed over the wrong piece to the DPD courier. I didn't pay anything. Expedition speed 10/10. Speed ​​of communication via e-mail 10/10.
