I have been going to Femat service for several years. Over the years, I have left them some money for annual service. Therefore, I naively thought that in their serviced Skoda Octavia, despite their bazaar, I will sell as a tried and tested car. The seller offered me a purchase price of 53 thousand 😀😀. So I thanked him and sold the car myself for 90,000, which was fair value. So I ended up with them, I wanted to buy a new car there in the future, but if they have such selling practices I will go elsewhere. Otherwise I have been satisfied with the service over the years, but they are not the cheapest.

Staff not friendly and welcoming, I had called to see a car the day before and they told me to go the next day at 10.00, after going through all of Prague, I was told that the car was no longer available for many days, not being Czech and therefore not speaking Czech, but English and Italian, no one has been able to give me explanations or recommend another used or new car. We are in 2018 and despite being all young people nobody spoke English. At the end of my despondency I crossed the city again and I came home.
