Poor communication, they don't respond to emails, over phone promise you everything and then don't respond again. Why the hassle if you don't want to sell or have a different buyer?

About a month ago, I sold a car through this company. I would like to share a very positive and surprising experience for me. I was approached to have a demand for the car that I advertised. I didn't really believe it, because other car bazaars had already called me to buy my car. I came to the tour, where they inspected the car, measured the paint, etc., that they want to see it before those interested offer it. The next day they really called me and I brought them a car. The next day there was a tour with the fact that the customer still wants to let his head go through, that some things did not seem to him there. I expected pressure on the price, but we agreed to wait until the customer. I liked this approach. Everywhere I went with the car, there was pressure on the price. We agreed to leave the car there. In about 3 days, they called me that the customer came with a mechanic, that he liked the car, that they only solved a cracked taillight and that they wanted a discount of CZK 2,000 for an exchange, that it was leaking there. I knew about it, so I agreed and the sale took place. They arranged a transfer for me and sent me the transferred technician within a week. I must say that a great compromise for someone who does not want to buy a car, but wants to sell it at his own price. However, I do not know what it would be like if they did not have demand, but for me a great approach, the professionalism of all employees. I will definitely recommend. Thanks a lot. M.T.
