Worse experience of working with service. I didn't feel any exclusivity or high level of service which is meant by the brand. Apart from people on reception who were not really nice, lady working as specialist for repairs Silvie Bednarova simply was rude and didn't really care about my issue. I believe if you have representing Mercedes brand you are not allowed to create bad reputation for the company.
Awful service! Especially lady Silvie Bednarova-very rude, unprofessional person! We came there on agreed time and was waiting for 1.5 hour! When she came she didn't even apologize! We came here for the good quality service and this lady showed us that this Mercedes branch is the worst place to go!
Awful service, waiting too long (even though I had pre-agreed time)
The service department is excellent - can’t complain. Work is done fast, they explain everything and give updates. Car is washed and interior vacuumed before it’s returned. And of course the repairs are up to Mercedes quality standards.
I was agreed to have a term around 8:30. At the end was waiting 1 hour. No one simply care about me standing there. My experience - this place is not client oriented.
