Excellent Mr. Rajchman, otherwise there is a bunch of unpleasant people with a horrible attitude in the sense of "what are you bothering".

Unfortunately, I must say that they have a certain distance from the owners of older cars. They refused to deal with the insurance event on the old Superb. They probably know how badly the insurance company that the driver had caused the accident works. But this is a systemic problem of which they are an integral part. I am very disappointed.
