Willingness, speed and flexibility. We were dealing with a specific part for the Hyundai Terracan, which was in stock in Germany after the announcement by Mr. Š (I was a little afraid when the goods will be delivered). On the recommendation, I ordered parts for the VW Transporter 2.5TDI and I am satisfied. The whole order was resolved within a few minutes and that day I received an SMS from the post office that the package is on its way. The next day at my place. Carefully packaged, the prices of the front arms, shock absorbers and rubber bearings and bearings were more than pleasant from Trw and Meyle plus the postage included in the price.
