I do not recommend - that is, if you do not want the car unavailable for 2 months to return to you then abraded. Mr. Petřík is handy and has good prices to Prague, but the second visit disappointed me unpleasantly. After the first repair, my car stopped starting again after a week. We agreed that since the workshop is full, I should call in about 14 days. I call in 14 days and I get the answer: "I'm on vacation, call in another 14 days." After the holiday, we still could not agree on the date of the tow, as the workshop was still supposedly full and Mr. Petřík that he would let me know. After about another two weeks, when he did not answer, we agreed that I would tow the car to the nearby Hornbach, from where Mr. Petřík would withdraw it to the workshop, as the space became available, as the car had been standing for over a month. Unfortunately, during the next month and a half of questions, the delay (I'll see it in a week) nothing happened. He also stopped picking up my phones or responding to text messages. On the contrary, when I called from a foreign number, he always picked it up for me and we agreed that he would finally take a look at it in a few days. It did not happen. So I decided to order a tow truck and take the car, which was still standing near Hornbach for another month and a half. I went to Mr. Petřík to pick up the keys and ask why he coughed it up, because in the meantime someone was backing into my car, which caused the rear bumper to burst. Mr. Petřík: "More things came together. There was simply no time for that. If the car was in the workshop, I would find time for it sooner." At the same time, we agreed that it would be better at Hornbach before the workshop became available! See. confirming SMS image. In summary: - The car stood for almost 3 months. - Cracked rear bumper. - Waste of time - 2x tow truck paid Car repaired in another service and driving. I understand that we are just people, but as I told Mr Petřík - it was enough to say that there would be no time for that, that he did not want to do the car, that he could not handle it - anything but not picking up the phones and assuring me he has it in the workshop and he'll take a look at it in a week. Beware of such actions.

I've only been here once and I'm still happy with the repair. The owner is sympathetic and willing to answer clients' questions. I can recommend.

Unfortunately, I was one of those "lucky ones" who bought a car (Audi A4, B8, 2011) with an infamous breakdown engine from the VW - 2.0 TFSI. When oil consumption was already at the level of a liter per thousand kilometers (according to the Audi manual in the standard), the engine began to show more and more (omitting the cylinders) and several times I had to be saved by a tow truck. The car became practically unusable and unfortunately (as I soon understood) not for sale for meaningful money. After contacting and circulating several services in Prague, where everyone was as smart as a radio (already on the phone every "expert" immediately recognized that they were spark plugs, coils, alternator, ...) I discovered the Petřík car service, where I finally came across a person who really knew who was beating - that is, the engine is practically just before death. Mr. Petřík also knew this because they had already made almost 500 of those engines, which is, on the sidelines, a very nice business card for the Volkswagen Group. After I understood that it was necessary to do a general engine and I came to terms with a huge amount (fortunately, I already somehow expected it based on my own research), so the boys in the service went to work and in two weeks I came for a car . I was rock solid determined the next day to go sell the car to the bazaar for any money. But after I drove the car home from the service station, I couldn't believe the driving feeling I was getting. The engine had a completely different expression, a lot of power, the car drove like new. I really did not expect such an improvement. So I decided to give him one more chance - he basically has a "new" engine :) Thumbs up for me for Autoservis Petřík.

Mr. Petřík has a great approach for a long time and above-standard decent behavior - maximum satisfaction.

I have never experienced in my life to put a car in service, to get it back before it was agreed, it cost me less than it was agreed in addition, more work will be done than agreed (elimination of minor defects free of charge for the pleasure of the client). If you have a VW car, don't risk anything else. And don't worry about it with other brands either, those people have their heads ... Brilliant.
