My heart business. I have all my T-shirts out there and I always buy something from my current offer. It is a pity that such a shop is not in Slany or Louny.

I was there yesterday, I am very dissatisfied with the working approach of the two sellers here. The young saleswoman showed a tired approach and did not want to answer when I asked about the item I was looking for. The other elder may not have wanted to welcome, at least: "Hello or something" ????? and the lady didn't even put the things I bought in the bag and just put them all on the table to do myself. WTH ??? I think that even in a small shop, there must always be problems with customer service at peak hours. Nobody wants to shop, but they have to be so rude.

What I experienced today in this store is just horrible 😡.There were two saleswomen, one luxuriated, the other angrily folded T-shirts and cursed that customers can not put together goods 😯😏 !!!! I do not know if this was just about us daughter, because no one was around. Then one of them started cursing (also to someone invisible) that only 3 things can be taken into the cabin and then it was said I quote- "these are pussies". When I came out of the test cabin, one of them, Jana, as it was written on her name tag, said - "finally fell out", no one else came out of the cabin. So I asked her if she was talking about me, it was said no. Two saleswomen were older, I do not know why I dare such behavior to customers ????? I don't know if the saleswomen can't handle their transition, or they thought I didn't understand them, because my daughter and I didn't speak Czech with each other, but such an action is simply unforgivable !! . I hope that the manager of this branch will take appropriate measures and explain to the "ladies" concerned how to treat customers.
