Very annoying reluctant elderly lady. Due to my behavior, I am always disgusted to buy. I don't get it at all. Maybe I did something wrong to her, I don't understand why she's acting like that? !!! Is she racist or Russophobic? I have always shopped in this store, but it seems that Mr. Korínek does not respect his clients at all. It's about buying me. This is not about returning goods. Take a look at the camera footage. How the saleswoman behaves. She wouldn't let my wife look at the veils. When we asked for another veil, the saleswoman threw the goods on the table and said: they are all the same, miss! It's not okay! It looked like we had come and asked her veils for free. This is not about returning goods. Then I wanted to return the goods because of the saleswoman's behavior. Mr. Korínek does not respect his clients at all.

Today, the purchase at your store surprised me a lot. The saleswoman Alenka was very helpful, even though I delayed her for about an hour. She managed to pay attention to me and 3 other customers and still had a smile on her face. Meet such people more often and the world would be happier right away.
