I highly recommend everyone to commit suicide rather than trusting this company in this company is wrong, perhaps everything you can imagine is 99% when you want to call the helpline, the following sentence will sound (since Markéta solves more customers than usual call another time) when you have enough patience and wait, the phone will pick up the reluctant and completely untrained staff who are more for decoration, everything takes them so much long that even with the help of a carrier pigeon it would be faster. Also, the price for their services is more than above-standard, I recommend everyone to contact their own bank with which you will have comparable services either completely free of charge or for 30% of their required price.

Absolutely professional approach of Mr. Machacek, I have been dealing with the problem several times with Mr. and always very helpfully helped me and above all it was clear that he liked it and that he obviously has to enjoy the work, because this approach is not seen very much today.

I don't usually write reviews, but I would like to share with you by Markeeta. As part of our services, we have chosen a basic solution without customer support, which should meet all legislative conditions. Everything ran as it should, but then came a check from the tax office, which determined that the serial number was wrong. At the moment, the tax office wants to penalize us for incorrect installation, which is not in our competence. Because we have no customer support for Markeeta, we have not been written off. Subsequently, we were contacted by Ing. Macháček, who said that all the information on the receipt is correct and if we want help, we will have to subscribe to the service. After 10 minutes of argument, he told us that his time was expensive and that he ended the conversation, hung up the phone. Markeeta will install a default version that does not meet the legal conditions, and after the tax office checks you will have a choice between a fine of thousands or a higher customer support tariff. The final step was to request a one-word response to an email ("cannot be done") or to contact the tax authority for an impossibility to execute. Again, I was asked to introduce customer support. There is no problem paying 1190 CZK / year, but I do not like unfair business practices. EDIT: Responding to a system error> require a higher repair rate. The only argument that is necessary. I even forwarded all the email conversations with the tax office. EDIT 2: I'm glad that the response had to be taken by the PR leadership. The original report was unprofessional for PR. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the screen of the original commentary, which described the case as "hysterical". Upload photos: Wrong serial numbers Law: This is the serial number of the receipt (see Section 19 (1) (d) of the ZoET), which is assigned by the taxpayer. In order to minimize interference with existing taxpayers' labeling, the only restriction for the serial number of the receipt is given by the technical specification or by the format and structure of the registered sales data sent, as specified in the technical documentation. The receipt serial number can contain numbers, letters, and other selected characters. However, it should always be a logical series (continuous or discontinuous) that is not fixed to a particular time period. It is up to the taxpayer to decide whether the serial number of the receipt will be bound, for example, to the day, week, month or year. For a particular taxpayer, the serial number of the receipt must be unique in one facility, for one cash desk, and at one time. This rule is met both when a logical series is created for a given taxpayer, and when a logical series is created separately for each facility. By receipts we mean a document issued (in paper form or electronically) by the taxpayer to whom the sales result, which contains data on registered sales defined in Section 20 of the ZoET.

Hello, Markeeta cashier system is a great Czech product on the Czech market. I appreciate the fact that it is constantly trying to improve the functionality of its products for maximum user comfort and satisfaction. And all for a minimum flat fee - from 99, - CZK per month. Who wants a simple control of their cash register, I recommend. We also use it. Mr. Store Manager Ing. Lukáš Macháček is always very kind and helpful. It helps customers with the most dire requirements every day, which they will solve to their satisfaction in the vast majority. Probably this majority of satisfied customers do not need to communicate their positive reviews. I wish you much success and satisfied reviewers.

Excellent service experience. With Mr. Macháček agreed the procedure of solution and it was 100% respected. For me great satisfaction!
